I downloaded the program, inserted pictures, found music, preview it, loved it, but now cannot figure out how to insert into email. The directions are not clear and I keep getting an error message. Help! Today is my grandmother's birthday, and I made a slide show to send to her grandchildren. And I want to send it!

When you click Publish and then Share online. On that page you can either select SWF output or HTML output and they also indicate that the file size should not be bigger than 10 MB, but Gmail for example accepts 25 MB.
I've looked through the installation folder and its interface and it appears there is no Help section available. Only a Help button that leads to the main Wondershare support website where you can't find anything.
I would like to know if I can upgrade the software to newer versions without paying again for it. If so, is there a time limit for that?

You can download the application as a trial version and then when the trial expires, you can upgrade to the PRO version or you could buy the application directly. You can upgrade for free because the payment is one time only and you can update for as long as the application is alive and maintained on the homepage of the developer.
